About Us

NT Art Month is a month-long celebration of the incredible arts quarter in Edinburgh’s New Town. Dundas Street, Abercromby Place, Howard Street and Queen Street are just some of the streets filled with amazing galleries and this festival highlights their dazzling work.

The Scottish Gallery will host a ‘Meet the Director’ talk with their Managing Director, Christina Jansen.

Artist in Residence Drop In

See Atelier Gallery’s Artist in Residence Linda Park at work and discuss the commission process.

Live Painting

Artists will sit, allowing gallery visitors the rare opportunity to observe their artistic process live and in-person.

In Conversation: Artist Ffiona Lewis

Ffiona Lewis will be joined by Open Eye Gallery’s Artistic Director, Michelle Foster, as she discusses her first solo show at the gallery.

On Bronze Casting With Kerry Hammond

Kerry Hammond, one of the directors of Powderhall Bronze fine art foundry, will discuss the technique of lost wax casting.
